Reculver Property Group’s director, David Allan, made his first commercial acquisition in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley in 1983. The Henry Roberts buildings in Water Street was a major renovation and restoration project which also involved the leasing and management of the buildings on completion. This project was a complete success, and lead to the acquisition of Plumridge House in Barry Pde, Fortitude Valley.
Plumridge House was transformed by Reculver Property Group from old warehouses into contemporary state-of-the-art office spaces. RPG completed the construction, interior design, leasing and management of the 7000sqm property. This cemented their reputation within the commercial property market for producing top quality and unique commercial space. This acquisition also expanded RPG rapidly with purchased and redevelopments of commercial properties in Spring Hill, Fortitude Valley and Annerley.
RPG continue to redevelop run down and poorly managed commercial spaces and convert them into thriving business centres. Their latest commercial development at Logan Rd, Stones Corner is currently nearing completion with 6000sqm of newly refurbished office space completely let.
Currently RPG own and manage in excess of 20,000sqm of commercial office space with in excess of 180 tenants. RPG continues to acquire and source commercial development opportunities, and are exploring the possibilities of developing joint venture partnerships. RPG are not limited by location, and are keen to take their unique expertise in restoration, design and leasing a building from start to finish to other states within Australia.
