With a current portfolio of 20,000 m2 of commercial space and over 50 residential dwellings, Reculver Property Group, is constantly expanding. RPG is backed by its own construction company, Celand Constructions, and has over 30 years experience in the industry.
A family owned, and operated business, the group prides itself on producing high quality work, and its long standing relationships within the South-East Queensland development and property markets.

Reculver Property Group initially started from humble beginnings with its founding members, David and Callie Allan, renovating houses as a means to support their young and growing family. David and Callie had a passion for restoration and this lead them to bigger and better projects. In time they became well known for transforming old run down houses and block of flats into gorgeous luxury homes in the well know Ascot/Hamilton area of Brisbane.
As their business grew, so did their ambition to expand and they took their first venture into commercial property buying the Henry Roberts building in Fortitude Valley. After completely restoring and leasing this property with great success their path into commercial property development was set. Their company continues to purchase run down houses, warehouse and inner city buildings to bring back to their former glory- but with a very contemporary yet classic twist.
Today, Reculver Property Group, have continued their expansion and their projects range from luxury homes, townhouse developments, large subdivisions and commercial properties. RPG currently has a strong asset base made up of commercial and residential properties, and aim to continue to expand their property portfolio through further development and investment opportunities.
All five members of the Allan Family now work within the Reculver Group Company, and with both generations working together RPG are utilising the wisdom and traditions of the old, and the ambition and modern ideas of the younger generation.
